We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging where possible.
The following products cannot be returned: Custom/personalized products made to your specifications, products that have been used or worn, products without original packaging or tags, sale or clearance items (unless defective).
We accept returns for the following reasons: Defective product or manufacturing error, wrong product (you received something different from what you ordered), product arrived damaged during shipping, product does not match description.
To initiate a return: 1) Contact us within 14 days of receipt, 2) Provide order number and photos of the product (if defective), 3) Wait for approval and return instructions, 4) Pack the product securely and ship it to the address provided, 5) Keep your shipping receipt.
Return shipping costs are covered as follows: Defective products: We cover the costs, Wrong order (our mistake): We cover the costs, Change of mind: Customer covers return costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product: We will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund, Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days, Money will be returned to the original payment method, For cash on delivery, we will need your bank details.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product: Return the original product for a refund, Place a new order for the desired product. This ensures faster processing and availability.
If you receive a damaged or defective product: Contact us within 48 hours of receipt, Send photos of the damage or defect, We will arrange immediate replacement or full refund, You may not need to return the product in some cases.
If you sent a return but haven't received a refund: Check your bank account first (it may take time), Contact your card company, Contact us with your shipping receipt. We will investigate and resolve the issue.
All products are covered by a 30-day warranty for manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover: Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or accident, modifications or repairs by unauthorized persons, damage from exposure to extreme conditions.
